Which sections get what treatment

Renaming "Workspaces" → "Layouts". Avoids collision with VS Code's "workspaces" concept. "Layouts" accurately describes saved multi-pane screen configurations. Shorter, no ambiguity.

Brand row
40dp height. Logo mark + wordmark + version in dim mono. The only orange in the brand row is the wordmark — no background fill.
Section headers
Full orange uppercase label for top-4 sections. Thin 1px border divider only for lower sections. This halves the orange-header density.

Sessions — distinct treatment
Sessions section uses 44dp rows (vs 40dp elsewhere) to give the pulsing dot + title + subtitle enough breathing room. The section header has a top border to visually separate it from Pinned.
Pinned row treatment
2dp left border in orange + very faint orange tint bg. Not a card — still an inline row. Makes pinned items scannable without looking like a section header.
Terminal pane badge
In Active Panes, terminal panes show a green-tinted "terminal" type pill. This colour-codes pane type without changing the structural row format.
Collapsed sections
28dp collapsed row showing chevron + label + item count. Tapping expands inline. State persisted per-section in SharedPreferences.
