Design decisions
Icon: keep the 3-pane glyph
The existing ic_argus_notif 3-vertical-bars mark is already recognizable and perfectly represents the product. Confirm current icon.
Label: "Argus" (current)
Keep "Argus" — not "Open Argus" or "Resume work". QS tile labels are nouns, not verbs. "Argus" is tighter and matches the app name.
Subtitle: pane count (Android 14+)
When active, show "N panes active" as the subtitle. When not running, "Not running". This is ambient status, not noise — the user glances at the tile and knows Argus state without opening the app.
Active indicator
Tile highlights (system purple-tint) when Argus is active. Orange pane-bar in the icon stays orange in both states — brand identity, not state signal.

Letter mark
Use the existing 3-bar glyph — it's already in production, matches the launcher icon, and uniquely represents "multiple panes" which is Argus's core identity. The orange first bar signals "active/brand" while the secondary bars show the multi-pane concept.
