Hi all, Quick heads-up: we've pushed the last two days of work to the Landing Zone QA environment, and a second wave is building overnight. This is a long overnight build, so it will be fully settled first thing in the morning, which is the best time to jump in and test. Here's what went in and where it came from. Access, cost, and multi-model priorities (from Pete's kickoff priorities) - Usage and cost tracking across the board: the dashboard summary and all breakdown panels are now date-aware, "Top Users" is now "Spend by User" with sortable columns and pagination, spend charts have a 7-day rolling average, and usage and spend are split into dedicated views. Per-user cost and cap columns were added. - Model access and routing refinements across chat and image generation. Security (from our security review with the cyber security team) - Web search is now permission-controlled: gated by user group, enforced on both the standard and agent tool paths, with the global on/off switch honored end to end and a confirmation prompt before a search runs. - Outbound search queries are screened before they leave the platform, and the search kill-switch fails closed on error. Prompts, workflows, and categories (from Sierra's feedback) - Every prompt now opens through the guided form, with per-field file upload, required-field markers, and inline validation. - Admin prompt management uses clear Active/Inactive status with a status filter, bulk activate/deactivate, an undo window on delete, and cleaner row actions. - The category information popover was consolidated to a single focusable button on each category title, and prompts and categories can carry an authored description shown to users. User Acceptance Testing and QA feedback (from the UAT session and my own QA testing) - A batch of interface and reporting cleanups: duplicate helper text removed, empty information icons removed, inaccurate usage panels removed, the Overview tab hidden, chat history "Today" relabeled to "Recent," and the chat instructions panel no longer hidden behind the input box. Image generation - Full image-generation mode: model picker, style presets, image count, and image-to-image, plus per-image cost line items and spend-cap handling. Landing overnight (on QA by morning) - The remaining items from Sierra's list: remove-a-chat from history, a ready-to-send email on the usage "Request Increase" action, image-generation models included in the Spend by Model breakdown, the workflow launch modal anchoring, the user settings popover fitting on screen, and faster tile-image loading. Please give it a look first thing in the morning and send over anything that looks off, and we'll fold it into the next pass. Thanks for all the detailed feedback; it's driving exactly this list. Best, Jonathan
